Erin Haley, MA, MT-BC
BOARD CERTIFIED MUSIC THERAPIST | NEUROLOGIC MUSIC THERAPIST | FOUNDER & CEO
Erin is a Chico native and moved home in 2014 to start Haley Music Therapy. She is passionate about making sure music therapy is available to her community and is continually finding new ways to meet the needs of her clients, staff, and interns.
Erin has a masters degree in Music Therapy, and is trained in neurologic music therapy. She is currently working on her Ph.D. in Music Therapy. She enjoys her multiple roles as a clinician, administrator, and Executive Director of a music therapy charitable fund.
Alicia Correia, BM, MT-BC

Alicia joined our team in late 2023 and we are so happy to have her on our team! Alicia enjoys working with children of all ages and is motivated and dedicated to finding the best ways to connect and work with her clients.
Rachel Dolan, BM, MT-BC

Rachel is a fantastic music therapist. She is dedicated, thoughtful, and fun. Her work with clients shows this everyday. We are lucky to have Rachel on our team.
Andra Duncan, BA, MT-BC

Andra has over 12 years experience in music therapy, and has moved to Chico to become a part of our amazing team. She is passionate about music therapy and dedicated to the health and well being of her clients.
Isabel Osorio
Client Services/Office Manager
Isabel recently joined the team in October! We are excited to be working with her and we already know that her unique skills will be an amazing addition to the programs.
Michael Russell, BM
Music Teacher, Producer
Michael Russell is a renowned musician, with skills on guitar, bass, drums, piano, songwriting and producing. We couldn’t be happier that he is expanded his talents into the world of adaptive music lessons.
