Monthly Membership Plan

Our Monthly Membership Plan offers predictable monthly pricing, steady access to services, and the best overall value. This plan is designed to support consistency, long-term growth, and meaningful progress.

Your Membership Includes:
  • Up to 5 sessions per month, ensuring reliable and ongoing support
  • One IEP meeting per client per year (schedule permitting), fostering collaboration and advocacy
  • No fees for late cancellations, providing flexibility when unexpected changes arise
  • Rescheduling options whenever possible, helping clients stay connected to their goals
Additional Considerations
  • Required session materials may incur an additional cost and will always be communicated in advance
  • Special events – such as Open Mic Nights – may involve optional additional fees with parent/client approval
Prices reflect a once-a-week schedule. For additional monthly sessions, please contact Haley Music Therapy. For out of office sessions, travel fees will apply and are calculated based on distance.

Individual Session Rates

Individual sessions are clinic-based, in home, or school-based (with approval). Session times and location are determined based on purpose of therapy, client tolerance and needs, and availability.

Haley Music Therapy is an approved vendor for Far Northern Regional Center. Please contact your service coordinator for more information.

Group Session Rates

All group sessions include 3-6 participants and are held at Haley Music Therapy. We have two kinds of group sessions:

Social Engagement Groups are small groups that are formed based on group focus – i.e. communication, social engagement, emotional regulation, etc. These groups my be intergenerational or limited to an age range, based on needs of the group members. All group sessions include 3-6 participants and are held at Haley Music Therapy. 

Community Groups are groups that are facilitated for an intact group – for example, leading a session at a Skilled Nursing facility, or for the clients of a specific organization.

Events Session Rates

Haley Music Therapy is also available to facilitate unifying and supportive drum circles and other group music experiences for Corporate, Business, or Large Group Events. Travel Time Rates

A mileage fee will be added to every 15 miles of travel time required to provide sessions. (There is no travel fee for sessions at our office.)
